Cabinet okays 'harvesting' of 86 000 seals | Namibian Sun: "The Namibian government has okayed the harvesting of a total of 80 000 young and 6 000 older seals over the next three years.
The decision was taken at a Cabinet meeting last month, which indicated that the quota was based on a December 2011 census of seals along the country's coast."
